KD has worked with the Palumbo family since 2001, and has watched them grow from traditional residential type developments to their most iconic and unique development to date. This amazing project not only had its tight Adelaide city development challenges to deal with, but the need to integrate the retail aspects of a Hotelier and to deliver a residential feel to the building for its premier residential apartments, proved rewarding and satisfying to achieve.
The staged handover as a result of the Covid delays and challenges required input from all key stakeholders including the SAMFS and certifier to ensure a smooth and safe building could be occupied while works continued as a result of these delays.
